This annual tournament brings together family, friends, former players, and community to honor Kevin's spirit while raising funds for causes close to his heart.

A three-sport athlete at Washburn Rural - who easily could have played four if baseball and golf hadn't overlapped - Kevin went on to play golf on scholarship at Kansas State University. His love for sports and competition never faded.

Kevin coached 15 seasons of football for the SM West area at FCCJC, basketball with GABL, and baseball at 3&2. Whatever season you were in, Kevin was coaching. His passion, joy, and genuine care left lasting lessons in every player he coached.

When he wasn't coaching, you'd find Kevin on the golf course - playing every chance he got. He loved spending time with family and friends at the lake, hitting the slopes on ski trips, and discovering a love for cruises that became special memories with loved ones.

A lifelong K-State Wildcat fan, Kevin's purple pride ran deep. Whether cheering on the Cats at a game or wearing purple around town, his passion for K-State was unmistakable and contagious.

Kevin had a gift for making everyone feel valued and believed in. His legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched and the values he championed: fairness, positivity, and the power of believing in one another.
